Qualifications

A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing within the Beauty Industry.
Experience using affiliate platforms and tracking performance against KPIs.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
Ability to be organised, proactive, confident, and articulate.
A passion to succeed and develop as a marketer and as an individual.
An ambitious mindset with a desire to progress within marketing.

Ensure affiliate activity remains compliant with brand guidelines and industry regulations.
