Job summary

Superdry PLC is seeking an Affiliates & Social Media Manager to lead our global affiliate programme while supporting Paid Social activities. You will collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing to shape strategy and act as the primary contact for our affiliate network, including Rakuten.

You will negotiate deals, grow partnerships, monitor performance, and ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging. Strong analytics, budget control, and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in affiliate marketing.
• Experience in paid social.
• Experience in account management and client services.
• Proficient with Looker or Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising platforms.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the affiliate marketing programme.
• Define annual affiliate strategy with Head of Digital Marketing.
• Negotiate commercial deals with affiliates and tenancy bookings.
• Expand relationships with existing affiliates and review performance.
• Develop affiliate plans for key trading periods.
• Monitor activity and provide reporting to the business.
• Manage spend within the budget agreed with Head of Digital Marketing.
• Support Paid Social Manager with campaign activity and reporting.
• Lead creative briefing for promotions and seasonal activations.
• Coordinate brand-aligned creative across paid social.
