Job summary

Superdry is seeking an Affiliates & Social Media Manager to lead our global affiliate marketing programme and to support Paid Social activity. You will partner with the Head of Digital Marketing to shape the Affiliate strategy, manage the network (Rakuten) and expand opportunities with current affiliates.

You will also assist in developing paid social campaigns, ensure proper tracking, and provide insightful reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience.
• Experience in paid social and social media advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok).
• Strong account management and client services background.
• Proficient in data reporting and turning insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Affiliate channel strategy and manage partnerships globally.
• Negotiate commercial deals with affiliates and tenancy bookings.
• Support Paid Social campaigns with tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce and Brand teams to ensure aligned creative.
• Provide regular performance reporting to the business.
