Job summary

Union Income Benefit (UIB) is seeking an Affiliates & Rewards Executive to support the growth of our affiliate partnerships and rewards platform in the UK. You will coordinate campaigns, manage relationships with networks, publishers and partners, and help drive commercial growth.

You will work closely with the Head of Rewards, Marketing, UX, Technology and Finance to monitor performance, produce reports and identify opportunities to expand our partner network.

Qualifications

• Experience in affiliate networks, publishers or rewards platforms.
• Understanding of affiliate marketing and performance partnerships.
• Clear communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness with growth mindset.
• Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of affiliate and rewards partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with networks, publishers and partners.
• Coordinate campaigns, offers and promotions for successful delivery.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and engagement.
• Produce reports and analyse performance trends.
• Assist with onboarding new partners and supporting existing relationships.
• Maintain accurate partnership, tracking and reporting records.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, UX and Customer Service teams.
• Contribute to customer journeys and affiliate-related website content.
• Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends and competitor activity.
