Job summary

Better Collective is expanding its Affiliate Networks team and is seeking an Affiliate Networks Lead to spearhead growth strategy and partner development. You will identify new opportunities, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and drive group KPIs across markets.

In this role you will collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to optimise user journeys, monitor performance, and mentor the network management team to deliver ROI in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years previous experience.
  • Experience in the iGaming and/or Affiliate sector is essential.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing funnels and commercial aspects.
  • Highly numerate, analytical and target driven with proven ability to deliver ROI.
  • Thrives in a busy and vibrant environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Profit focused and KPI driven.
  • Process-oriented and won’t be satisfied if methodology is inefficient.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are expanding our Affiliate Networks team and are looking for a highly motivated and data driven Affiliate Networks Lead to spearhead our company’s overall growth strategy.

As the Affiliate Networks Lead you will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and achieving group KPIs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the affiliate networks team.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to keep stakeholders up to date with performance.
  • Manage and expand affiliate networks by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new potential partners that align with our brand and target audience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing networks.

  • Stay up to date with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Implement processes and checks to monitor and address potential violations or issues related to affiliate activities.
