Silverbean is a world leading, performance marketing agency with one simple mission; to raise the bar, wherever we are. A willingness to go the extra mile, do more for our clients and more for our people. We’re proud to work with incredible brands including; John Lewis, Sage, The White Company, and New Balance. With exciting growth plans ahead, we’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Executive that’s really to make an impact for our clients, and level up their affiliate marketing program.

This is a role where we don’t require you to have any experience, but enthusiasm and the right mind set are a must. Any previous exposure to Digital Marketing and Affiliate Marketing is a bonus, but not essential.

The role is an ideal opportunity to learn the ropes of working in a full service digital agency and will involve:

  • Supporting account managers in service delivery to a high standard
  • Developing and managing timetables and deadlines for clients, suppliers and internal departments
  • Helping to maintain high client retention by providing a custom tailored service ensuring objectives and expectations are exceeded
  • Helping to develop strong relationships with affiliates and networks through delivery of regular reports and communication
  • Build good relationships with clients while being a further point of communication for clients over email, telephone and in person
  • Analyse competitor activity and investigate trend research to increase awareness of client markets
  • Collaborate with other services including SEO, Analytics and Affiliate Marketing, to exceed client goals through a focused, multi channel approach
  • Support Silverbean’s own marketing and new business development teams with case studies, blog posts and pitch materials.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Creative: You will be able to compose creative ways to increase brand awareness and build brilliant relationships.
  • Organised: You’ll be confident in managing a busy workload, overseeing complex and multi-service projects, working to deadlines and prioritising tasks to keep on top of multiple campaigns, clients and other tasks.
  • Innovative and enthusiastic: You will be willing and able to go above and beyond for your clients, challenge yourself and take risks.
  • An excellent communicator: You will have the ability to adapt your communication skills depending on the audience.

At Silverbean, our mission is clear; to ‘raise the bar, wherever we are’.

A commitment to go the extra mile, do more for our clients and more for our people.

We’re the best in the world at what we do - and we can prove it!

Earn your place in an award-winning team and bring your ideas to life. Growing world leading brands, in a culture where your personality is free to shine.

Whether you’re an industry newbie, or a seasoned pro with years under your belt, here you’ll be challenged and encouraged to achieve more than you ever thought possible.

Development is much more than a tick box, it's a part of our day-to-day life. A performance obsessed team, who praise hard work and celebrate each other’s success.

We’re a sociable bunch that genuinely care for each other and know how to throw a good party.

With flexibility and support to grow outside of work, you’ll feel empowered to be your best self.

Think you’re a bar raiser too? Then come and show us what you can do.

Desired Skills

Are you multilingual? Silverbean is a global agency, we get the opportunity to work with amazing clients all around the world. As a result, we are always on the lookout for people who can speak another language such as; French, German, Italian or Spanish, to help us provide our clients with a tailored service in all corners of the world.

The Application Process

The application process consists of an initial 30 minute Google Meets interview where we can get to know each other better. If successful you’ll be given a role specific presentation to prepare for your second interview, and we’ll ask you to complete one of our personality profiling tools to find out more about your work preferences. During your second stage interview you will be asked a series of technical and competency based questions relating to the role.

Equal Opportunity Statement

We're an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity and inclusion, so that our workforce is representative of all the customers and clients we serve. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, family or parental status, national origin, veteran, neurodiversity status or disability status.

Disability Confident Scheme

We are a Disability Confident Employer. This means we actively encourage applicants with disabilities to apply for our roles, and we work internally to retain disabled employees. If you would like to be considered for this role under the scheme, please let us know at peopleteam@silverbean.com. Under the Equality Act 2010, a disability is defined as a physical or mental condition which has a long-term and substantial effect on your daily life.

Reasonable Adjustments

We want to support you if you need an adjustment in the recruitment process, even if you do not feel you qualify for the Disability Confident Scheme.

We consider visible and non-visible disabilities, neurodiversity or learning differences, chronic medical conditions or mental ill health. Examples include dyslexia, epilepsy, Autism, chronic fatigue, diabetes, or schizophrenia.

Some of the adjustments we can offer are:

  • application or interview help
  • a time of day that works for you
  • advice about assistive technology

Studies have shown that women and people who are disabled, LGBTQ+, neurodiverse or from ethnic minority backgrounds are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet all criteria. We're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can be their best. We encourage anyone who feels they meet at least 80% of the criteria listed in the advert.
