Boots is seeking an Affiliates Executive to join the Performance Media team in Manchester. You will drive our affiliate marketing strategy, manage the trade calendar, brief publishers on promotions and support key partner relationships.

You will collaborate with internal teams to hit business targets, conduct competitor research, coordinate relationships, and handle commissions and related admin with meticulous attention to detail.

Formación

• Solid understanding of Affiliate Marketing in the digital media industry.
• Experience in an Affiliate or Digital Marketing role, ideally on the brand/client side.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools.

What you'll be doing

As an Affiliates Executive in the Boots Performance Media team, you will play a crucial role in driving our affiliate marketing strategy. You’ll manage the affiliate trade calendar, brief publishers on promotions, and support key partner relationships. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to deepen your expertise in digital marketing while contributing to a fast-growing channel within a well-respected brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the affiliate trade calendar to ensure all planned activities are executed.
• Brief publishers on the latest promotions and priorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business targets and align affiliate activities accordingly.
• Conduct competitor research and industry analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate and manage key affiliate relationships alongside the Affiliates Specialists and Affiliates Manager.
• Handle commissions and associated affiliate administrative tasks with attention to detail.

What you'll need to have (our must-haves)

• A solid understanding of Affiliate Marketing in the digital media industry.
• Experience in an Affiliate or Digital Marketing role, ideally on the brand/client side.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency in reporting tools like Google Analytics and Awin.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities.

It would be great if you also have

• Experience with key affiliate KPIs such as EPC, CPA, ROAS, and CPC.
• Familiarity with PPC, Display, and Paid Social channels.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for digital marketing.
