Job summary

Boots is seeking an Affiliates Executive to join the Performance Media team in Manchester. You will manage the affiliate program calendar, brief publishers on promotions, and nurture key partner relationships to drive growth in a fast-moving channel.

This role offers exposure to digital marketing at a well-known retailer, with hybrid working in Central Manchester, collaboration across internal teams, and the chance to shape Boots' affiliate strategy while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Affiliate Marketing in the digital media industry.
• Experience in an Affiliate or Digital Marketing role, ideally on the brand/client side.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency in reporting tools like Google Analytics and Awin.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the affiliate trade calendar to ensure all planned activities are executed.
• Brief publishers on the latest promotions and priorities.

• Conduct competitor research and industry analysis to identify new opportunities.

What you'll be doing

As an Affiliates Executive in the Boots Performance Media team, you will play a crucial role in driving our affiliate marketing strategy. You'll manage the affiliate trade calendar, brief publishers on promotions, and support key partner relationships. What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
