Job summary

JD Sports Fashion is seeking an Affiliate & Partnerships Executive to support the Affiliate Manager with the day-to-day management of our European affiliate programmes. You will drive collaboration with affiliates, optimise campaigns, and help grow revenue.

You will manage CPA negotiations, monitor KPI performance, and contribute to cross-channel campaigns using Google Analytics and Power BI. Attendance at industry events and post-campaign analysis are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in affiliate marketing or digital retail.
• Strong analytical and reporting ability.
• Experience with CPA negotiation and affiliate communications.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Communicate with affiliates regarding day-to-day programme management.
• Negotiate CPA rates and payments with affiliates.
• Monitor and report performance against KPIs.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis to inform optimisations.
• Attend industry events to stay updated and networks.
