Job summary

Jobtailor in London is seeking a results-driven Growth Partner Marketing professional with 2–3 years of experience in Affiliates to drive performance and partner growth. You will analyse data, optimise affiliate relationships, manage budgets, and collaborate with teams to advance marketing product strategy.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Affiliates or Growth Partner Marketing
• Strong passion for e-commerce
• Ability to analyse and draw insights from large datasets
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Comfortable producing complex reports, using formulas and building pivot tables
• Knowledge of Looker software is a bonus
• Detail-oriented and collaborative
• Ability to deliver high-quality work consistently
• Confident communication with partners
• Commercial mindset in contract negotiations
• Understanding of affiliate networks and tracking solutions, including setting up tracking and reporting
• Ability to communicate updates and initiatives across the business, aligned with key KPIs and commercial goals
• Experience in web/mobile marketing, especially paid social/display marketing
• Experience working for an international e-commerce or marketplace company
• Experience managing direct reports

Responsibilities

• Deliver specific ad hoc and project work to support channel strategy alongside senior colleagues
• Contribute to channel growth targets while managing marketing costs
• Grow and manage affiliate relationships to drive business goals
• Support the annual promotional calendar with Affiliate and Influencer activities
• Update reports, analyse campaign performance, and share insights with senior stakeholders
• Identify performance opportunities and activate new, on-brand partners to drive growth
• Work with the affiliate network team to optimise the existing partner portfolio and identify new affiliates
• Define, manage and execute the global customer acquisition strategy
• Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers and acquire new customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects, roadmap requirements, creatives, reporting and tracking capabilities
• Work closely with product and analytics teams to advance marketing channels and drive marketing product strategy
• Report directly to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager
