We’re seeking a driven and commercially-minded Account Director to take ownership of large client programs and lead strategic initiatives that deliver measurable growth and retention.

This is a high-impact role within our delivery team, offering the opportunity to work closely with global brands and shape the success of affiliate programs at scale.

The Role

As an Account Director, you’ll lead the strategy and performance of some of our most important client accounts - acting as a trusted advisor and driving growth, retention, and program success.

You will work closely with Team Leads to deliver strategic and tactical excellence while building deep relationships with clients, networks, and publishers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership & Strategic Growth
  • Act as the main strategic point of contact - driving retention, growth, and long-term client success
  • Lead client calls and performance reviews, delivering strategic insights and clear recommendations
  • Translate client objectives into actionable plans and ensure consistent delivery against KPIs
  • Develop innovative affiliate strategies that balance acquisition, retention, and incrementality
  • Create and present compelling performance reports and recommendations to clients.
  • Proactively flag risks and work cross-functionally to drive solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks and publishers

Qualifications & Experience

  • We’re looking for candidates with 5+ years in affiliate marketing agency roles, with a track record of success leading client programs
  • Deep understanding of affiliate networks (Awin, Impact, Tradedoubler, Webgains, etc.) and publisher ecosystems
  • Strong client management and communication skills, with confidence in presenting and advising senior stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset and hands-on experience running affiliate campaigns
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
