Job summary

Galderma is seeking a dynamic field sales professional in Greater London to launch and grow physician-dispensed skincare brands. You will build an account base of new medical aesthetic accounts, foster long-term relationships, and execute commercial plans to maximise revenue and brand awareness.

You will establish education plans, deliver marketing activity, and identify opportunities for business growth while maintaining up-to-date market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Degree level education required.
• Commercial education in business, economics or administration preferable.
• ABPI qualification or commitment to obtain ABPI qualification within 2 years of joining.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and open new accounts in line with launch strategy.
• Act as a business consultant, establishing and implementing growth plans.
• Establish barriers to entry from competitors.
• Achieve targets set by Regional Business Manager / Head of Sales.
• Tailor and deliver education plans in accounts.
• Implement marketing activity in accounts.
• Identify opportunities for increasing business.
• Respond quickly to client requests.
• Maintain customer files and complete required administration.
• Develop key opinion leaders in your area.
• Maintain knowledge of marketplace, brands and customers.
