Job summary

Galderma is seeking an Account Manager for the Alastin launch in London. The role focuses on building an account base of new medical aesthetic practices, developing long-term relationships, and executing commercial plans to maximise brand awareness and revenue.

You will open new accounts, provide business-grade education, and deliver targeted marketing activities while maintaining up-to-date market intelligence and collaborating with the Aesthetics BU. A full driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires degree-level education and ABPI qualification within 2 years.
• Experience in aesthetics or dermatology is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with clinics and KOLs.
• Must have a full driving license.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and open new accounts in line with launch strategy.
• Act as a business consultant, establishing and implementing business plans for growth and carrying out regular business reviews.
• Establish barriers to entry from competitors.
• Achieve targets set by Regional Business Manager / Head of Sales.
• Tailor and deliver education plans in accounts.
• Implement marketing activity in accounts.
• Identify opportunities for increasing business.
• Respond quickly and effectively to client requests.
• Ensure customer files are maintained and updated in a timely and accurate manner.
• Develop key opinion leaders in your area.
• Maintain knowledge of the marketplace, brands and customers for market intelligence.
• Network with colleagues across the Aesthetics Business Unit to share best practice.
• Support inductions for new colleagues.
