Job summary

4Leisure Recruitment Ltd in the Epsom area is seeking a proactive Sales Executive for aesthetic devices. Hybrid role with office-based days and home working when no virtual sales calls are scheduled; you’ll handle warm, qualified leads and progress to Account Manager after a sale to provide ongoing support.

The package includes £30,000–£32,000 basic salary with uncapped commission (OTE £50k+), plus comprehensive training and a collaborative showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Background in aesthetic, skincare, or beauty device sales.
• Willingness to work in the office regularly.
• Confident, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to manage end-to-end client relationships.
• Graduates with relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Sell aesthetic devices to professional clients using warm leads.
• Build enduring client relationships and manage end-to-end sales cycle.
• Transition to Account Manager post-sale to provide ongoing support and drive product adoption.
• Occasional remote work when no virtual sales calls are scheduled.
