Job summary

4Leisure Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive for Aesthetic Devices in a hybrid role near the Epsom area. You will engage warm leads, consult on cosmetic devices, and drive sales while transitioning into an Account Manager to provide ongoing client support.

You'll work from the showroom environment or from home when no virtual calls are scheduled, with a base salary of £30,000–£32,000 plus uncapped commission and a realistic £50k+ OTE as you hit targets.

Qualifications

• Background in aesthetic, skincare, or beauty device sales.
• Willing to work in the office regularly.
• Strong relationship-building and end-to-end client management.

Responsibilities

• Sell and consult with warm leads and avoid cold outreach.
• Transition to Account Manager after sale and provide ongoing support.
• Attend showroom/office or work from home when no virtual sales calls are scheduled.
