Bec Recruitment Ltd is seeking TIG welders in Lancashire for an aviation-focused role. You will perform TIG welding (manual, automatic and orbital) to aircraft standards and read engineering drawings, with a 37-hour week and early finish on Fridays.

We require trade qualification with City and Guilds or NVQ, and at least 4 years TIG experience, including exotic metals. On-site parking is available near Burnley, Lancashire.

Qualificações

• Welding exotics: 1 year (required).
• TIG Welding thin gauge materials: 1 year (required).
• TIG welding: 4 years (required).
• C&G or NVQ for welding (required).

Responsabilidades

• Undertake TIG welding (manual, automatic and Orbital) to aircraft standards.
• Read and interpret Engineering drawings.
• Batch card discipline and ensuring welding controls followed.
• General maintenance of machinery, jigs and fixtures.
