Collins Aerospace in Wolverhampton is seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join the Power & Controls division on-site. You will read engineering drawings, set up and operate TIG welding equipment on aluminium, and ensure welds meet aerospace standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ/City & Guilds in welding & fabrication or equivalent.
• Experience as TIG Welder with aluminium products.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding and brazing on aluminium products.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to produce precise welds.
• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment safely.
• Inspect welds to ensure aerospace standards.
• Collaborate with production to meet targets and deadlines.
