Job summary

Innoviz Limited in Milton Keynes is seeking an Aerospace Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing, supplier qualification, and cost optimization for aerospace components and materials. You will collaborate with engineering, production and quality teams, manage RFQs, track orders, and ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001 and FAA requirements, using SAP, Oracle or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying, qualifying and evaluating suppliers.
• Strong negotiation and contract terms experience.
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001 and FAA requirements.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) for procurement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct parts search, RFQs, and sourcing for aerospace components, raw materials, and tooling.
• Manage supplier identification, qualification, and evaluation processes for new and existing vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and contract terms to optimize cost and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to align procurement with technical requirements and BOM accuracy.
• Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory levels to ensure material availability.
• Support supplier audits and maintain compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and FAA requirements.
• Analyze supply chain risks, market trends, and cost drivers to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Use ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) for procurement tracking, data accuracy, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term sourcing stability.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for import/export and customs documentation related to aerospace parts.
