Job summary

IrvinGQ is a world-leading supplier of parachutes, aerial delivery systems and naval decoys with a global customer base. We seek a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end planning, materials availability and supplier performance to support delivery and growth.

You will collaborate with operations, sales, engineering and finance to optimise inventory and on-time delivery. The role reports to the Senior Operations Manager and requires driving improvement across procurement, planning, and supplier

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, planning, procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP, inventory control and purchasing processes.
• Experience managing supplier performance in time-critical environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain and planning function with clear priorities.
• Develop processes for purchasing, supplier management, material planning and inventory control.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk management across supply chain.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance and Sales to align demand and supply.
• Manage supplier performance and implement improvement plans.
• Support ERP, Power BI and reporting improvements.
