Job summary

Morson Talent is seeking a Site Facilities Project Manager for an aerospace client based in Yeovil. You will ensure all Site Facilities activities comply with the client SHE Policy and HSEMSM, coordinating with the Site Facilities Technical Specialist – Helicopters to define project technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project resources in line with the LGS UK Facilities Projects governance processes (RIBA stages 1 to 7).
• Manage consultant teams for cost management, project management and contract administration.
• Appoint design teams and principal contractors/designers as needed to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions with proportional documentation.
• Create, update and communicate detailed project plans with tasks, milestones, dependencies and durations.
• Ensure Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Permits of Work are approved prior to task launch, and manage Waste Management planning.
