Job summary

Evolito Ltd is seeking a Safety and Reliability Engineer to lead safety analyses for aerospace propulsion systems. You will influence system architecture to satisfy regulatory standards and drive safety across hardware and software teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with ARP4761A, FHA/FTA, and DOORS/CodeBeamer. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure high-integrity designs and successful audits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in functional safety and systems engineering in aerospace.
• Experience with safety analysis techniques (FTA, FHA, FMECA, SEE, etc.).
• Familiar with ARP4761A and aerospace certification processes.
• Proficient in requirements management tools (DOORS, CodeBeamer, JIRA, Polarion).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative/qualitative safety and reliability analyses and generate technical reports.
• Support system and equipment design teams to meet safety objectives.
• Contribute to system and equipment architecture development for safety-critical systems.
• Derive safety requirements at system level and assess safety impact at equipment level.
• Interface with customers/partners during safety reviews.
• Determine safety goals and DAL for the systems.
• Generate documentation to satisfy functional safety audits (EASA & CAA).
• Provide guidance to Software and Hardware teams in safety-related processes.
