Job summary

Teledyne CML Composites in Bromborough is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to perform thorough inspection and QA checks on aerospace parts and materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

You will document findings, manage non-conformities, support AS9102 First Article Inspections, and release certificates while using precision measuring tools such as verniers, micrometers and CMM when available; ISO QMS knowledge and aerospace experience are

Qualifications

Proven experience in aerospace QA/inspection.
Experience with ISO and customer quality management systems.
Familiarity with precision measuring equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed inspection and quality checks on aerospace parts and materials.
Record inspection results and manage non-conformities with thorough documentation.
Assist with concession & First Article Inspection (AS9102) measurements.
Sign and stamp release certifications to customers where authorized.
Collaborate across functions to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
