Job summary

Click Digital seeks a Quality Conformance Engineer for an on-site role in Filton, working with an aerospace organisation. You will lead conformance activities, analyze quality data, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams to enhance reliability and safety.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and experience in aerospace manufacturing processes. It is an umbrella contract, Inside IR35, with a focus on delivering measurable quality outcomes on site.

Qualifications

• Experience applying conformance engineering principles to improve quality metrics.
• Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and general IT tools; coding/macros a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead conformance engineering activities to reduce non-quality costs.
• Analyze quality datasets and report trends to drive improvement.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement QIP opportunities.
• Facilitate quality improvement projects and ensure actions are completed.
• Escalate issues based on KPI trends and mitigate business impact.
• Coach on quality tools and processes (APQP, problem solving).
• Monitor build and operator competence to uphold standards.
• Conduct investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Support NAC, QSR, and event closures with relevant teams.
