Job summary

Raytheon UK in Glenrothes / Livingston is seeking a QC Inspector to perform hardware inspection and ensure products meet required standards. The role involves cross-site collaboration, feedback on non-conforming material, and supporting quality engineers.

Strong attention to detail, ability to read drawings, and experience with metrology equipment are essential. The position is on-site with a 37-hour week and potential cross-site duties.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with ability to make decisions to Industry Standards.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use metrology/inspection equipment.
• Good planner and organizer; able to work with minimal guidance.
• Team player with strong communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform sampling inspection to required standards across manufacturing areas and product lines.
• Provide feedback and engage with RCCA of non-conforming material.
• Provide workmanship support to Programme Quality Engineers & Manufacturing team.
• First point of contact on any workmanship issues.
• Engage with key stakeholders; attend team meetings.
• Flexibility between Glenrothes & Livingston sites may be required.
