SII UK is seeking an experienced PROJECT MANAGER to support delivery of multiple customer projects within the Aerospace & Defence sector. This customer-facing role will ensure effective project governance, monitor delivery performance, manage stakeholder engagement and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Proven project management experience delivering customer-facing projects.
• Experience in Aerospace & Defence environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience governing projects with risk, issues, actions and dependencies.
• Knowledge of project governance and delivery assurance.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to meet objectives.

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain effective project governance frameworks.
• Track progress, milestones and deliverables.
• Lead kick-off meetings and facilitate customer reviews.
• Report status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve delivery issues to minimise impact.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies and mitigations.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery and value.
• Coordinate activities across customer and internal teams.
• Ensure documentation and reporting are up to date.
• Support stakeholder management and strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with engineers on current status.
