Job summary

Greenjets Limited is a British engineering company developing high‑performance propulsion and autonomous aircraft systems. We are recruiting a Project Manager to own delivery of a small portfolio of projects bringing together engineering, procurement, production and test teams to develop new products and meet customer commitments.

You will turn complex requirements into achievable plans, manage schedules and budgets, tackle risks before they become blockers, and keep customers and colleagues

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex or high‑value projects against demanding timelines.
• Strong planning and project control across schedules, budgets, resources, risk and change management.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and secure action across functions.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing contractual commitments.
• Clear, confident communication with technical teams, customers and leaders.
• Experience using project management tools to support planning, reporting and decisions.
• Practical approach to uncertainty: identify the problem, decide the next step, and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from kick‑off to close‑out with scope, milestones and success criteria.
• Build and maintain realistic schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, production, integration and testing.
• Manage risks and resolve blockers with mitigation and early escalation.
• Control changes to scope, cost and schedule with clear impact and approvals.
• Keep customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders informed with progress reporting.
• Build safety, quality and standards into delivery with leads.
• Improve delivery with practical tools and processes.
• Support bids and customer opportunities with proposals, pricing and reviews.
