Greenjets Limited in the United Kingdom is growing and seeking engineers to develop and industrialise advanced aerospace and propulsion systems across hardware design, systems engineering, mechanics, avionics and control.
You will work on real hardware, solving complex challenges and helping shape products as they move from concept to production, collaborating across disciplines and contributing to test and validation.
Greenjets is entering a defining phase of growth.
We’re developing and industrialising advanced aerospace and propulsion systems, creating new engineering teams and capabilities as we move products from concept through development, testing and into production.
This is an opportunity to work on real hardware, solve complex technical challenges and influence products while they are still being shaped.
We’re actively growing across:
Hardware Design and Integration
Systems Engineering
Mechanical Design
Aerothermal and Stress Analysis
Avionics and Electrical Systems
Development, Test and Validation
Engineering and Technical Leadership
Depending on your experience, you could work on:
Turbojet engines
Electric ducted fans
Airframes and structures
Flight controllers, speed controllers, sensors and communications
Transmissions and rotating equipment
Pneumatic, hydraulic and fuel systems
Complete unmanned aircraft systems
Depending on your discipline, you could be:
Developing systems from concept through design, integration and test.
Designing and analysing hardware for demanding aerospace applications.
Defining requirements, architectures and verification approaches.
Integrating propulsion, avionics, mechanical and electrical systems.
Building test capability and validating products through physical testing.
Investigating failures and solving complex technical problems.
Supporting the transition from development into scalable production.
You’ll likely bring:
Industry experience in aerospace, defence, automotive, motorsport or another complex engineering sector.
Relevant expertise in design, systems, integration, analysis or test.
Strong engineering fundamentals and practical problem-solving skills.
Experience taking hardware through development and test.
A hands-on approach and a bias towards delivery.
The ability to work effectively across technical disciplines.
Most importantly, you’ll be excited by the opportunity to build new technology rather than simply maintain / improve established products.
You’ll join at the point where ambitious ideas become functioning products and industrial capability.
You’ll work on complete aerospace systems, see the physical results of your decisions and help shape both the technology and the engineering organisation around it.
Your profile will be reviewed by a human being.
You’ll have an initial 30 to 45-minute call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team.
If there’s a potential match, you’ll be invited to a dedicated engineering interview day with the relevant Greenjets technical leaders.
