Job summary

Safran in Wolverhampton is launching a Project Management Graduate programme that offers hands-on experience within our Project Management community, supporting civil and military aerospace programmes.

Over three years you'll learn all stages of the project lifecycle—from planning to delivery—working with engineers, operations teams and customers, with mentoring and regular development reviews to build leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Achieved, or on track to achieve, a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive attitude and genuine interest in project management and aerospace.
• Leadership experience through work, university, sport, volunteering or extracurricular activities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in innovation, change management or continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, scheduling and delivery of projects from initiation through to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve customer and business objectives.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and stakeholder updates.
• Monitor project budgets, timescales and risks, supporting successful delivery.
• Analyse project performance data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement and problem-solving activities.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Gain exposure to a range of aerospace projects, technologies and customers.
