Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated precision manufacturing environment, ideally aerospace.
• Ability to lead NPDI projects and manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency and compliance.
• Build customer relationships and support quotations and new business opportunities.
• Lead NPDI projects and ensure new products are successfully introduced into production.
• Develop tooling, processes and manufacturing documentation to improve production.
• Provide technical support and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing.
