Responsibilities

• Lead weekly TSO meetings with Seat Suppliers.
• Coordinate KPI targets, OTD, and data submissions.
• Prepare and report Overall Performance (SLA/RMA).
• Ensure customer requirements are defined and communicated to all stakeholders.
• Act as focal point between Seat Suppliers and internal teams.
