Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• PMP certification required, typically within 6 months of assignment.
• Proven experience in Program Management and of leading a team.
• In-depth knowledge and proficiency with program management processes and methodology.

Responsibilities

• Ensures customer requirements are met and program charters are created.
• Responsible for integrated program schedules and tracking program performance.
• Leads the development of program plans for new product development.
• Acts as primary point of contact for customer relations and contract negotiations.
