Howmet Aerospace is recruiting Manufacturing Operatives at its Exeter site on Sowton Industrial Estate. This hands-on role offers on-the-job training, a shift premium, and the potential to become permanent within a global aerospace manufacturing environment.

You will work in a production team, polishing, deburring, loading components, and following drawings. Training is provided and a clear career progression path exists.

Formación

• Experience in manufacturing or production is useful but not essential.
• Willingness to learn on-the-job and develop skills in aerospace components.
• Ability to follow instructions and technical information.

Responsabilidades

• Polishing, deburring, cleaning and fine finishing.
• Using hand tools and manufacturing equipment.
• Setting, loading and preparing components.
• Inspecting components and carrying out quality checks.
• Following technical drawings, specifications and work instructions.
• Identifying defects and preparing components for the next production stage.
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
• Working as part of a multi-skilled manufacturing team.
