Job summary

AALTO, based in Farnborough, is seeking a Production Controller to monitor the production plan and drive schedule adherence. You will work as the primary operational link between Planning, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have aerospace/manufacturing production control experience, strong knowledge of MRP/ERP (Dynamics 365 preferred), and a proactive, detail-focused mindset with excellent communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have proven background in production control, manufacturing operations, or planning in aerospace/high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• High attention to detail with proactive problem-solving and clear communication under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Production Execution: monitor daily activities vs plan and maintain WIP visibility.
• Schedule Control: identify risks and escalation, support recovery actions.
