Job summary

AALTO, based in Farnborough, is seeking a Programme Management Office professional to support governance, planning and reporting for the Zephyr Programme. The role requires coordinating across PMO, engineering, operations, finance and commercial teams to maintain data, schedules and risk logs.

The successful candidate will ensure accurate governance packs, KPI dashboards and action logs, with strong organizational and analytical skills in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in engineering, business or project management.
• Experience in aerospace, aviation or defence, PMO or project controls.
• Knowledge of planning, scheduling, risk management, and change control.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office, especially PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coordination and control of the Zephyr Programme.
• Coordinate inputs from workstream leads and stakeholders.
• Maintain schedules, milestone tracking, dependency management.
• Prepare governance inputs, reports, dashboards and review materials.
• Maintain records for actions, decisions, risks and issues.
• Coordinate programme meetings and follow-up.
• Monitor progress, highlight variances and delivery risks.
• Support PMO process improvements and reporting standardisation.
