Job summary

Candidates must have experience in contract terms/negotiations, cross-functional teamwork, and the ability to obtain UK security clearance. This is a locally hired, on-site position with no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting contract terms and negotiations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus are critical to be successful in this role.
• Ability to obtain a UK security clearance and UK residency.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions for products and services.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure program/customer/product strategies are integrated into sourcing/contracting.
• Prepare and execute information agreements and negotiated contracts.
• Optimize execution of the supply chain and balance inventory and demand.
• Manage supplier/subcontractor performance to ensure delivery, quality and financial stability.
• Mitigate risks and issues and initiate supplier improvement activities.
• Communicate performance expectations and metrics to evaluate supplier performance.
