Job summary

Boeing Defence United Kingdom Limited is seeking a Procurement Agent for a hybrid working role in Bristol. The successful candidate will negotiate terms, engage stakeholders, and manage supplier performance throughout the procurement life cycle.

Required experience in contract development and negotiations, proficiency with MS Office, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to obtain UK security clearance. SAP experience and MCIPS are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, negotiating, and raising contracts.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
• Ability to obtain UK security clearance and UK residency.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions for products and services.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
• Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements.
• Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
• Optimize execution of the supply chain balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand.
• Perform continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
• Manage supplier/subcontractor performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance.
• Mitigate risks and issues; initiate supplier improvement activities.
