Job summary

A leading aviation solutions provider is seeking a Process Engineer to improve plating shop processes and standards. You will be responsible for defining quality metrics, optimizing production, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields and 3-5 years of relevant experience in plating or aerospace manufacturing. The position is full-time and office-based with exposure to plating operations and chemicals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of electro-plating or plating experience in R&D or process-related position is ideal.
• Training in Lean manufacturing, Continuous improvement, and Statistical Process Control required.
• Experience working with REACH and COSHH regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize processes in the plating shop.
• Document standards and perform FMEA analysis for all processes.
• Analyze plating solutions for adherence to OEM standards.
