You will be responsible for defining quality metrics, optimizing production, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields and 3-5 years of relevant experience in plating or aerospace manufacturing. The position is full-time and office-based with exposure to plating operations and chemicals.
Qualifications
3-5 years of electro-plating or plating experience in R&D or process-related position is ideal.
Training in Lean manufacturing, Continuous improvement, and Statistical Process Control required.
Experience working with REACH and COSHH regulations.
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize processes in the plating shop.
Document standards and perform FMEA analysis for all processes.
Analyze plating solutions for adherence to OEM standards.
