Job summary

Collins Aerospace in the UK is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join the Wolverhampton team. You will oversee Machine Shop routings in SAP, manage subcontract routings, and drive improvements in production and processes on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing engineering within aerospace/defence is preferred.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; analytical approach to problems.
• Experience with SAP routings and production planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fully comply with EH&S roles and responsibilities.
• Review and maintain Machine Shop Routings in SAP.
• Create repair scheme routings and routing amendments for operational needs.
• Review future plant, equipment, tooling and gauging requirements.
• Manage projects from start to finish and support new product introduction.
• Facilitate Kaizen activities and drive cost/process improvements.
