Collins Aerospace in Plymouth, UK, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our surface and air applications manufacturing team. The role focuses on PCB assembly into mechanical housing, testing, and maintaining quality through precise workmanship.

You will work in a hands-on environment with opportunities to learn and progress, with occasional weekend work and a strong emphasis on teamwork and accuracy to produce repeatable results.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing assembly or hands-on work is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to occasionally work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Working in accordance with standard operating instructions
• Assembling the PCB boards into mechanical housing
• Loading the products onto local test rigs and running tests
• Performing administration tasks in line with standard instructions.
