Collins Aerospace in Plymouth, UK, is recruiting a Manufacturing Associate for a 12-month FTC. You will assemble PCB boards into housings, load units onto test rigs, and follow standard operating instructions while maintaining high accuracy in a hands-on, team environment.

Weekend work may be required based on production needs. The role prioritises meticulous workmanship, trainability, and ability to work well within a collaborative team.

Competenze

• Previous manufacturing assembly experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and following instruction is essential.
• The flexibility to work occasional at the weekend.

Mansioni

• Working in accordance with standard operating instructions.
• Assembling the PCB boards into mechanical housing.
• Loading the products onto local test rigs and running tests.
• Performing administration tasks in line with standard instructions.
