Your Role

Manage client interactions, coordinate job orders, ensure smooth communication, and uphold high service standards. This role operates on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, requiring problem-solving skills and the ability to support both customers and colleagues.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality customer service through efficient procedures and systems.
• Oversee the implementation of new systems to improve workflow.
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding service progress, delays, and resolutions.
• Prepare and deliver accurate service quotes with comprehensive pricing details.
• Handle client job orders, including routing, classification, and deadline management.
• Ensure staff adherence to SOPs and COPs, maintaining operational consistency.
• Support staff development, ensuring compliance with company policies and performance standards.
