Tekever is seeking a hands-on Logistics Operator for its Swindon facility. You will manage goods-in, stores, kitting, dispatch and warehouse processes to keep production flowing and data accurate.

You will work closely with Supply Chain, Production Planning, Quality and other cells in a growing aerospace environment. The role requires effective organisation, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset; eligibility for UK security clearance is needed. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics, warehouse, stores, goods-in or shipping/receiving role.
• Good working knowledge of goods-in, stores, dispatch and shipping/receiving procedures and documentation.
• Confident using inventory / warehouse management or ERP systems and handheld scanners to keep records accurate.
• Accurate and detail-focused in handling both goods and data.
• Well organised, with good time management and the ability to prioritise in a busy operation.
• A reliable team player with a safety-first mindset and a good standard of written and spoken English.
• Eligible for UK SC clearance. Must be eligible for BPSS from day one.

Responsabilités

• Goods-in and receiving: receive deliveries, check against orders, label, inspect and put away.
• Stores and inventory: store, locate materials, pick stock, cycle counts, tidy records.
• Kitting and line-side feed: prepare kits, replenish stock for production.
• Dispatch and shipping: pick, pack, document, coordinate with carriers.
