Job summary

Marshall Group is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support aerospace manufacturing quality and compliance. You will perform routine analytical testing on chemical process solutions, maintain calibration records, and operate laboratory equipment to ensure safe, accurate results.

The role emphasizes Nadcap compliance and continuous improvement within a regulated environment. The successful candidate will handle hazardous materials, work with process lines, and contribute to data documentation

Qualifications

• Experience in a laboratory or industrial chemical processing environment.
• Experience handling hazardous chemicals safely.
• GCSE Maths, English and Science.
• A-Level Chemistry or related science.
• Nadcap experience desirable in aerospace environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine analytical testing of chemical process solutions using approved methods.
• Carry out titrations (acid/base, redox, complexometric).
• Prepare standards, reagents and laboratory chemicals.
• Maintain calibration records with full traceability.
• Monitor and adjust process solutions to keep within limits.
