Job summary

Gregory-Martin International is seeking an experienced Heat Treatment Operator to carry out heat treatment processing of metallic aerospace components in accordance with customer specifications, engineering requirements and company procedures.

You will read and interpret engineering drawings, planning documents and process specifications; operate industrial furnaces; maintain production records; and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers to deliver results on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Experience operating industrial heat treatment furnaces and related equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, planning documents and process specs.
• Knowledge of aerospace heat treatment standards.
• Record and maintain process documentation and production records.
• Good communicator and proactive with problem solving.
