Job summary

Marshall Land Systems, Cambridge-based, seeks a Technical Advisor to support a Turkish customer with maintenance activities and knowledge transfer. You will work closely with UK MRO and logistics teams, applying C‑130J knowledge and aviation experience to ensure compliant, efficient maintenance delivery.

The role requires a strong SME in fault diagnosis, familiarity with MRO software (IFS/Windchill), and fluent English/Turkish. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Approved Aeronautical Engineering Apprenticeship (Airframe & Engine) or equivalent Level 3 qualification.
• EASA B1 or B2 Licence holder, or equivalent qualification required to hold C Release approval.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Turkish at a technical and professional level.
• Desirable: Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence small teams within a maintenance environment.
• Provide SME guidance on fault diagnosis and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer to customer maintenance teams.
• Ensure adherence to MRO processes and HSE requirements.
• Attend customer and internal progress meetings.
