Marshall of Cambridge Holdings Ltd seeks a Technical Advisor to support a Türkiye-based customer, coordinating with the Cambridge MRO, technical support, and logistics teams. You will respond to technical queries, lead knowledge transfer, and be the SME for fault diagnosis and component replacement on the C-130J platform.

Ideal candidates have UK aviation maintenance leadership experience, EASA B1/B2, and strong English/Turkish communication.

Qualifications

• Approved Aeronautical Engineering Apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification.
• EASA B1 or B2 Licence required to hold C Release approval.
• Fluent English and Turkish at a technical/professional level.
• Project Management qualification (PRINCE2/APM or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer technical queries and act as SME for fault diagnosis and component replacement.
• Train and advise the customer's in-country maintenance team on the Lockheed Martin maintenance system.
• Establish knowledge transfer and share best practices with customer maintenance and support teams.
• Coordinate on-the-job training of customer maintenance personnel per the knowledge transfer plan.
• Attend Tier 1/2 operational meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
