Job summary

The Work Shop Resourcing Ltd has a vacancy in Verwood for an Engineering Support Administrator. You will provide cross‑functional support to Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Commercial, ensuring accurate data processing and compliant documentation.

Responsibilities include handling NCRs, supplier rejects, concessions, audits, ASL maintenance, and loading orders into the MRP system. Strong MS 365 and ERP/MRP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and document control.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools.
• AS9100 aerospace experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Process Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), including scanning, logging and filing.
• Process and log supplier rejects and associated documentation.
• Administer concessions and maintain traceable records.
• Support audits and maintenance of ASL and references.
• Coordinate drawings and CAD data handling with configuration control.
• Load customer orders into the MRP system and support price checks.
