Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking a Despatch Team Leader in Alcester to lead a small despatch team in a precision components environment. This permanent role requires hands-on leadership and efficient despatch operations.

The role includes goods inwards, packing, despatch, and using ERP systems to track inventory and shipments. On-site work with a Monday-Thursday schedule and an early finish on Fridays is expected.

Qualifications

• Team leading or management experience.
• Experience with goods inward or a similar role.
• Ability to use computer and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small despatch team while remaining hands-on.
• Pack and despatch parts, raise paperwork for shipment, and load vehicles.
• Receive, check and log incoming goods; communicate discrepancies to Purchasing.
