Job summary

Eaton Wimborne site, part of the Eaton portfolio, leads the development and qualification of new aerospace equipment for future AAR pods. Role requires guiding cross-functional teams, managing schedule, cost and quality, and engaging with senior stakeholders while ensuring safety and governance compliance.

As a defence site under ITAR, candidates must be eligible for UK Security Clearance. This role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and customer interface across complex aerospace projects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable PPM competences (EAC and ETC through schedule management and risk management).
• Experience in delivery-focused project teams and cross-functional integration.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle and PPM techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project to agreed time, cost and quality parameters.
• Direct, motivate and provide leadership for the project team.
• Organise, coordinate and direct the project activities.
• Manage risks, issues and opportunities proactively.
• Ensure effective and open communication with the team and stakeholders.
• Lead planning efforts and identify resource requirements.
• Manage relationships with key customer personnel.
• Report progress, including financials (EAC) and project plans.
