Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 4:30pm; Friday, 8:00am – 1:00pm

Job Description

Administer major and highly competitive contract requirements, including Basic Agreements and Long-Term Contracts
Analyse customer performance requirements, delivery schedules, pricing, and terms & conditions to ensure full compliance
Review and develop Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and prepare compliant, complex proposal packages
Support bid initiation by coordinating cross-functional input from across the business
Negotiate complex contract requirements, including price, terms, delivery schedules, and contract changes
Lead or support contract risk reviews and provide proactive recommendations to mitigate potential issues
Monitor contract performance, manage change control processes, and ensure efficient issue resolution
Act as a consultant to management on major contractual matters and mentor junior colleagues

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Previous experience in contract administration, ideally within aerospace, defence, or engineering
Strong background in proposal development, contract negotiation, and risk management
